Volstreet.com - Social Network for NGO , CSR arms and Volunteers
Students of IIM Ahmedabad and IIT have developed social networking website www.volstreet.com which will be launched during Pratyarpan 2009 - Social Entrepreneurship fair at IIM Ahmedabad.
Volstreet will be a bridge beetween NGOs and Volunteers. Generally there are volunteers who want to work for the society but don't find proper opportunities , and there are NGOs who look for Sincere Volunteers. With the help of This portal , both the parties will be able to full fill their wishes and objectives.
The Volunteer Work Board at Volstreet.com allows NGOs / CSRs to post requirements for volunteers and those interested can take it up. The discussion forums on various issues help people discuss to evolve creative solutions to address these and work collaboratively.
