Navratri Garba Celebration in Ahmedabad

I learned abut Product Life cycle Management in my BBA. I can relate the Same to Navratri also. Eight days have passed and today is the Last day of this year's Navratri . Today is the last chance for us to celebrate navratri with friends and family.

Due to the increase of club & partyplot culture , the garba festival has changed in last few years.You will find lots of youngers in colour full traditional clothes on SG road of Ahmedabad as All the major Garba events are organised on SG road only. Some of the Famous Garba Venues in Ahmedabad are Kanavati club , Rajpath club , Divya Baskar Garba , SOI dandiya , YMCA.

We are group of 20 people. When I am writing this , planning is going on about where to go tonight. Whether to go for Devang patel or Samir raval. We are ready to celebrate last navratri in full josh. & Yeah if we are going for club garba , it does not mean that we celebrate Navratri as a festival of dance only. We do Upwas ( fast ) in Navratris.

The Indian Gender Bias : Male vs female

"Excuse me. Please vacate these seats for girls. " one of the female volunteers said to the group of boys. The occasion was inauguration of MBA - Agribusiness ( Ganpat University ). We students of General MBA were also invited to attend the event as many Top level Industry people were coming for the event. One of them was B.S.Shekhawat , Chief General Manager NABARD.

"Sure". We said with a small smile on our face. We stood up & took a seat in "Boys Zone". Not a big deal. But the thing is that .... they were dividing the seminar hall in 2 parts. Girls on the Left side & Boys on the right side. I thought Why are they doing MBA ?

They talk of Woman Empowerment.
They give examples of Indira Nooyi & Sunita williams.
They created chaos at the time of Jaymala - Sabrimala case.

But They themselves are creating gender bias. Irony Isn't it ?
